Scheduled - This evening we will deploy the OpenInvoice 2019.07.15 Service Update to both the OpenInvoice production and public test environments (UAT and Onboard). This release addresses an issue that contributed to the application and performance issues recently experienced by some users and integration traffic. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours starting at 11:45 pm MDT on Monday, July 15th while the service update is applied to the environments.

Release notes describing all items included in the service update are available in the Resource Center.

The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MDT on Friday, July 12th while the service update is applied to the environment.

Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.

During the service update, Oildex Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

Scheduled - This Thursday we will be deploying the DataExchange 2019.07.11 Service Update to the production environment.

Oildex takes the security of your data very seriously. As part of our ongoing security efforts we continually evaluate our services to better protect your data and comply with security best practices. With this in mind, on July 11th, 2019, Oildex will strengthen our user password requirements. Our new requirements include users changing their passwords more frequently as well as new rules for what is considered a valid password. Following the implementation of these security enhancements your users may be required to change their password.

Please note, the DataExchange production environment will remain available during Thursday evening’s deployment.
