Oildex is releasing new features for Revenue Detail (CDEX) and Run Ticket products on the Oildex Platform application on Friday, August 17th. The application will be unavailable for 3 hours starting at 6:00pm MT (7:00pm CT) to release the new version of software.

This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2018.08.17 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MDT on Friday, August 17th while the service update is applied to the environment.

Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center before Friday.

Scheduled - This Friday we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2018.08.17 Service Update to our public test environments (Onboard and UAT). The public test environments will experience a brief service disruption around 2:00am MDT on Friday, August 3rd while the service update is applied to each environment. We are planning to deploy the service update to production on Friday, August 17th.

Release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday, August 3rd.
