This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2019.01.18 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MST on Friday, January 18th while the service update is applied to the environment.
Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.
During the service update, Oildex Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.
