This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2024.03.15 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, March15th while the service update is applied to the environment.
Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.
During the service update, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

This Wednesday we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2024.03.15 Service Update to our public test environments (Onboard and UAT). The public test environments will experience a brief service disruption around 8:00 pm MT on Wednesday, March 13th While the service update is applied to each environment. We are planning to deploy the service update to production on Friday, March 15th.
Release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday, March 15th.
