Resolved - OpenInvoice 2019.09.16 Service Update

The Enverus technical team has completed the fix for the performance and application issues that were impacting some users and integration traffic. The fix is being deployed to production as part of the OpenInvoice 2019.09.16 Service Update. Please note, OpenInvoice and OpenTicket will remain available during the deployment of the service update.

Identified - The Enverus technical team has identified the cause of the performance and application issues that are impacting some users and integration traffic. Our team is working on a resolution which will be deployed as soon as we have completed our production certification process.

Scheduled - This weekend, the Enverus (Oildex) technical team will be conducting infrastructure maintenance on the DataExchange production environment. The maintenance is expected to take 4 hours starting at 7:00 pm MDT (8:00 pm CDT) on Saturday, September 14th.

Please note, the DataExchange production environment will remain available while the maintenance is in progress however, users may have intermittent periods of reduced functionality and there may be delays in file processing.

Scheduled - This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2019.09.13 Quarterly Release to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MDT on Friday, September 13th while the quarterly release is applied to the environment.

Updated release notes describing all items included in the quarterly release will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.

During the quarterly release, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.
