This weekend the Oildex technical team will be reconfiguring the OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production database to incorporate new hardware. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable from 6:00 pm MDT on Friday, May 10th to 6:00 am MDT on Monday, May 13th.

During the OpenInvoice and OpenTicket database configuration, Oildex Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.
