Tonight we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2019.05.18 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour starting at 7:00pm MDT on Saturday, May 18th while the service update is applied to the environment.

During the service update, Oildex Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.
